Our ''Monte San Piero'' Soave Superiore D.O.C.G. is produced with 100% Garganega grapes from volcanic soils, bred between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara, in the province of Verona, in the area of Soave.Thanks to the volcanic soils that host the vineyards, the grapes transmit very pleasant mineral and savory notes.
The bouquet is complex and tempting: we find ripe and dehydrated exotic fruit, sweet spices, fragrant notes of bakeryand, then mineral, toasted and balsamic aromas.
A great aromatic evolution that accompanies the warm and enveloping sip, remarkably balanced thanks to the freshness and flavor of the finish.
